Managing Your Reseller Network
Your resellers are your sales force within the Randmar ecosystem. Our platform gives you the tools to manage your relationship with them, track their sales performance, and control their access to your product lines. This ensures you can build and execute a distribution strategy that aligns with your brand goals.
Using the Randmar Assistant (Recommended)
The assistant can provide immediate information on your resellers and allow you to manage their qualifications.
Viewing Reseller Information
Quickly pull up a list of your resellers or get details on a specific one.

Managing Product Access with Qualifications
A "Qualification" is a special permission you can grant to a reseller. It's most often used to give trusted partners access to restricted or professional-grade product categories that aren't available to everyone. This is how you control who has access to specific products.

Using the Manufacturer Portal
The portal provides a comprehensive dashboard for overseeing your entire reseller network.
Step 1: Navigate to the Resellers Dashboard
Select "Resellers" from the main menu. This will display a list of all the resellers who are partnered with you. You'll likely see summary information, such as their total sales over a recent period.
Step 2: View a Reseller's Profile
Click on any reseller in the list to open their detailed profile page. Here, you can find:
- Their business and contact information.
- A history of their orders for your products.
- Detailed sales statistics and performance charts.
Step 3: Manage Qualifications
On a reseller's profile page, you will find a section for "Qualifications."
- To grant a new qualification, simply enter the Qualification ID in the text field and click "Add."
- To remove an existing qualification, click the "Delete" or "Revoke" button next to it.
This gives you precise control over your distribution strategy, ensuring that specialized products are only sold by partners you have approved.
