Integrating Your Shopify Store
Dropshipping is a powerful way to grow your business by offering a wide range of products without holding any inventory. Randmar's Shopify integration is designed to make this process seamless, automating everything from product catalog management to order fulfillment.
By connecting your Shopify store, you can select products from Randmar's extensive catalog, and they will appear as products in your own store. When a customer places an order, it is automatically sent to Randmar, and we ship the products directly to your customer. Inventory levels are also synchronized to help prevent overselling.
Using the Randmar Assistant (Recommended)
The assistant is the ideal tool for managing your Shopify integration. You can link your store and sync products with a few simple commands.
Step 1: Link Your Shopify Store
First, you need to establish a connection between Randmar and your Shopify account.
Example Prompt:
"I want to link my Shopify store,
your-store-name.myshopify.com

The assistant will guide you through the process, which involves installing the Randmar Connect app from the Shopify App Store and authorizing the connection.
Step 2: Sync Products to Your Store
Once linked, you can start populating your store. You can sync individual products or an entire manufacturer's catalog.

- To sync a single product:
"Sync product W1480X to my Shopify store"
- To sync a whole brand:
"Sync the entire HP catalog to my Shopify store"
Step 3: Manage Your Sync Settings
You can control how the integration behaves at any time.

Using the Reseller Portal
You can also set up and manage the integration through the portal's interface.
Step 1: Connect Your Store in Settings
- Navigate to the "Integrations" or "Shopify" section in your portal settings.
- Click "Add Store" and enter your Shopify Host Name (e.g.,
your-store-name.myshopify.com
). - You will be redirected to Shopify to approve the installation of the Randmar Connect app.
Step 2: Configure Your Settings
After connecting, you can configure your synchronization settings. You will see toggles for key functions:
- Sync Product Inventory: Automatically updates stock levels in your store.
- Sync Product Information: Pushes product titles, descriptions, and images.
- Sync Orders: Automatically imports new orders from Shopify for fulfillment.
Step 3: Push Products to Shopify
From almost any product or manufacturer page in the portal, you will now see a "Sync to Shopify" button. Use this to choose which products you want to sell in your store.
