Generating Reports for Your Business
Data is the key to making smart decisions and growing your business. Randmar provides you with direct access to a suite of reports, giving you full transparency into your products, orders, and sales history. Use these reports for accounting, inventory planning, or updating your marketplace customers.
Using the Randmar Assistant (Recommended)
The assistant can generate and email any report to you with a single command. This is the fastest way to get the data you need without navigating menus.
Example Assistant Commands:
-
For a complete product catalog:
"Email me the universal product list"
-
To see all your current open orders:
"Send the open orders report to my email"
-
For a sales history report:
"I need an invoice report for last month, please send it to me"
-
For marketplace sellers:
"Generate the Amazon tracking file and email it to me"
The requested report will be generated and sent to your account's primary email address.

You can find all available reports in the dedicated "Reports" section of the portal.
Step 1: Navigate to the Reports Section
