Tracking Shipments
Once your order is placed and processed by our warehouse, it's handed off to one of our shipping partners. Keeping track of your shipment's progress is essential for managing your inventory and keeping your customers informed. Randmar makes it easy to find your tracking information the moment it becomes available.
Using the Randmar Assistant (Recommended)
The quickest way to get the status of any order or shipment is to ask the Randmar Assistant. You can ask using a Randmar Order Number, your own Purchase Order (PO) number, or even just ask for your latest shipment.
Example Assistant Commands:
-
To get the status and tracking for a specific order:
"What is the tracking number for order OW01099999?"
-
To find an order using your own PO number:
"Find the shipment for my PO number PO-789"
-
To quickly find your most recent shipment:
"Where is my latest shipment?"
The assistant will reply with the carrier's name (e.g., Canpar, Purolator), the tracking number, and often a direct link to the carrier's website to view the package's progress.
Using the Reseller Portal
You can also find all of your shipping information by navigating through the Reseller Portal.
Viewing from Your Order History
- Navigate to your "Order History" or "Documents" page from the main menu.
- Locate the order you wish to track. The status will change from "Processing" to "Shipped" once it has left our warehouse.
- For any shipped order, the tracking number will be listed directly with the order details.
Viewing the Shipments List
For a direct overview of all shipments, you can navigate to the dedicated "Shipments" section. This page lists every individual shipment that has left the warehouse, along with its corresponding order number, shipping date, and tracking number.
Automated Tracking for Marketplaces
For high-volume resellers who sell on platforms like Amazon or Walmart, Randmar offers specialized tracking reports. These reports are formatted specifically for easy uploading to those marketplaces to fulfill your orders automatically.
You can learn more about this feature in our guide on generating reports.
