Managing Carts
Once you've found the products you need, the next step is to organize them into a cart. A cart is a collection of items you intend to order. At Randmar, carts are flexible tools designed to match the way you do business, whether you're ordering for your own inventory or dropshipping directly to multiple customers.
One of the key benefits of the Randmar platform is that there is no minimum order quantity required, and you can easily mix products from multiple manufacturers in the same cart.
Using the Randmar Assistant (Recommended)
The fastest way to manage your carts is by giving simple commands to the Randmar Assistant. You can add, remove, and view items without ever leaving the chat window. A powerful feature is the ability to create and manage multiple named carts, which is perfect for organizing orders for different customers or projects.
Example Assistant Commands:
-
To add an item to a new or existing cart:
"Add 3 of W1480X to my 'Downtown Office' cart"
-
To see what's in a specific cart:
"Show me my 'Downtown Office' cart"
-
To adjust the quantity of an item:
"Change the quantity of W1480X to 2 in the 'Downtown Office' cart"
-
To remove an item from a cart:
"Remove W1480X from the 'Downtown Office' cart"
-
To delete a cart you no longer need:
"Delete my cart named 'Old Project'"
Using the Reseller Portal
You can also manage your cart visually through the portal interface.
