Managing Your Profile

Your profile represents your brand within the Randmar ecosystem. A complete profile with your logo, a clear description of your business, and links to your social media helps build trust and recognition with other partners you'll be working with.

The assistant is great for quick text updates. For file uploads like a logo, it will guide you to the right place.

Example Assistant Commands:

  • To update your 'About Us' text:

    "Update my company's 'About Us' section to: 'We are a leading provider of office solutions, serving customers across Canada since 2005.'"

  • To add a social media link:

    "Add my LinkedIn profile 'my-company-inc' to my account"

  • To upload a logo or video:

    "I need to upload a new company logo"

    For file uploads, the assistant will provide a direct link to the correct page in your dashboard to complete the action.

Using the Partner Dashboard

You can manage all aspects of your profile from your Account Settings.

  1. Navigate to your "Account" or "Profile" section. This is often found by clicking your name or company logo in the top-right corner of the dashboard.
  2. On this page, you will find several fields you can edit.
  • About Us: Look for a text editor where you can write or paste your company's description.
  • Logo: Click the "Upload Logo" button to select an image file from your computer. We recommend a high-quality square image in PNG or JPG format.
  • Promotional Video: If you have a company video, you can upload it here.
  • Social Media: Find the section to add links to your company's social media profiles, such as Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

Remember to save any changes you make.
