Navigating Your Partner Dashboard

After logging in, you will land on your Partner Dashboard. Think of this as your central command center for managing every aspect of your business with Randmar. From here, you can access all the tools and information you need.

While the portal is a powerful visual tool, remember that the Randmar Assistant, which we'll cover in the next guide, is always available as your primary, conversational interface for performing any task.

A Personalized Experience​

The dashboard is tailored to your specific role. What you see is directly relevant to the tasks you need to perform:

  • Resellers will see tools focused on finding products, building orders, tracking shipments, and managing customer returns.
  • Manufacturers will find tools for managing their product catalog, viewing sales data, creating promotions, and overseeing their reseller network.
  • Agencies will have a view designed to help them manage the accounts and relationships they represent.

Key Navigation Areas​

While the specifics may change based on your role, most dashboards are organized around these key sections, typically found in a navigation menu on the side or top of the page.

  1. The Randmar Assistant: Your chat-based interface for instant access to any feature.
  2. Main Navigation Menu: This is where you'll find links to all the major sections of the portal.
  3. Products / Catalog: The heart of the platform. Resellers use this to browse and search for items, while Manufacturers use it to manage their product listings.
  4. Orders / Documents: A complete history and status of all your business documents, including open orders, shipments, purchase orders, and returns.
  5. Billing: Your financial hub for viewing invoices, checking statements, and making payments.
  6. Reports: Access a suite of downloadable reports for insights into your sales, inventory, and more.
  7. Account Settings: Manage your company profile, add or remove team members, and configure integrations.
