Managing Invoices and Payments
Keeping your account up-to-date is simple with the Randmar Reseller Portal. Here, you can view your full transaction history, see outstanding invoices, and make secure payments.
When you first open your account, a one-time $50 opening fee will be charged to your account, which can be paid by credit card on your first invoice.
Using the Randmar Assistant (Recommended)
The assistant is the fastest way to retrieve your financial documents and account status. For your security, the final payment step is always completed on our secure payment page.
Example Assistant Commands:
-
To check your account balance:
"What is my current account balance?"
-
To find and view a specific invoice:
"Show me invoice IN7654321"
-
To get a list of your most recent unpaid invoices:
"List my outstanding invoices"
-
To have an invoice emailed to your accounting department:
"Email a PDF copy of IN7654321 to accounting@mycompany.com"
When you ask to see an invoice, the assistant will provide you with a summary and a secure link to view and pay it in the portal.
Using the Reseller Portal
The "Billing" section of the portal is your central hub for all financial information.

From the main portal menu, select "Billing". This will take you to your dashboard where you can see a summary of your account, including your current balance and any overdue amounts.
Step 2: View Your Invoices
Click on the "Invoices" tab to see a complete list of your past and present invoices. You'll see the invoice number, date, amount, and payment status (e.g., "Paid" or "Due").
Step 3: Pay an Invoice
- Find the unpaid invoice you wish to pay in the list.
- Click the "Pay Now" button next to that invoice.
- You will be redirected to our secure payment processor's page.
- Enter your credit card details and confirm the payment.
Your invoice will be marked as "Paid" in the portal once the transaction is complete.
